“The villa is very close to the docks. Which is good for convienience. However, it does mean that you do hear some noise from the docks. Although it is only in the daytime. The team of staff were great. Took very good care of us and couldn't be anymore helpful. The breakfast was good also. Only a couple of improvements that could be added, to make the stay perfect. “Loved our stay here. Everything was beyond amazing and some of the best food we had on the island. Staff went above and beyond. My husband had a couple massages which were great. We had an issue with the door coming off the runner - no big deal but they promptly fixed it, apologized in person, and brought us cake that evening :) ! “Un bel endroit à Senggigi ! Le personnel est vraiment très chaleureux et agréable. La chambre était propre, le wifi fonctionnait très bien et le lit comfortable. Le cadre en nature est très sympa et la piscine top ! A very good place to stay in Senggigi. People of the hotel are very nice and carefull. “Was ok until the unfortunate passengers who’d been rerouted from Bali all descended on our hotel. The hotel was just not capable of dealing with such demand and traffic so service was incredibly slow and disorganised. They ran out of food and they ran out of alcohol.”
