“Really nice experience. The hotel is spotless. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The food was amazing with a great breakfast spread. They had several cool pools and a convenient pier for taking tours. ”

“I chose this hotel because it’s so close to the harbor and my kid could get 10 more minutes sleep on the day for our speed boat trip. But the prayer at 4:00 am was rather loud, I respect the culture but … then actually my kid had a lot less sleep! And then 6:00am, crazy loud music was playing across the street (we were on the hill side). I left the fruit from breakfast box in the fridge and at night, papaya was molded! Breakfast on 6th floor was not organized. I ordered a latte and need to go……

“It's an amazing resort, located in the perfect spot of island, sunset beach gorgeous, surrended by greenery, our 1 bedroom villa with private pool was spectacular in terms of interior design, comfort, service, cleaning. It was like living in a dream. The quality of all amenities , among restaurants and spa was beyond our expectations. This is a real destination spot if you plan to spend 2-3 days in Gili. “This is the best hotel in Mataram I had ever been stayed. The breakfast is as good as Aston hotel. The quality is better than Aston and Golden or Lombok Plaza. The Spa is the best. The service is made me feel comfortable. I will live again. Also, will introduce my guests live here.”

“Overall is good, staffs are friendly, some nice restaurants near by walking 10 minutes, no place for shopping but a convenient store is just at opposite of the road. A Bluebird taxi station is near by.”
