“This location was absolutely superb. The amount of snorkeling that we were able to do directly in front of our hotel room was out of this world. If you are coming to this hotel, definitely bring your own snorkel equipment so you can use it as you wish instead of renting. However, they do have a rental place right next to it if you need. “The guys are great at helping you get boat tickets or anything else you want to do on the island incling bike rentals there. Breakfast was great and the outdoor bathroom was very clean and new looking. The room had a few bigs but that is expected after a heavy rain and on an island. I only wish I had more time to stay longer! Thank you so much for the hospitality 💗🙏”

Great location and would normally be okay

"Was ok until the unfortunate passengers who’d been rerouted from Bali all descended on our hotel. The hotel was just not capable of dealing with such demand and traffic so service was incredibly slow and disorganised. They ran out of food and they ran out of alcohol."

Not a five star hotel

"I chose this hotel because it’s so close to the harbor and my kid could get 10 more minutes sleep on the day for our speed boat trip. But the prayer at 4:00 am was rather loud, I respect the culture but … then actually my kid had a lot less sleep! And then 6:00am, crazy loud music was playing across the street (we were on the hill side). I left the fruit from breakfast box in the fridge and at night, papaya was molded! Breakfast on 6th floor was not organized. I ordered a latte and need to go get my coffee at the bar or it will never be my turn! Finally, I dialed to the front desk, and no one ever pick up!"
