“L'hotel sì trova a pochi passi dall'aeroporto. Si può andare tranquillamente a piedi, purtroppo la stradina quando piove si riempie di buche di fango. Bisognerebbe mettere dei sassi oppure lastricarla. La colazione è molto basic, ma tè e caffè sono sempre disponibili. L'acqua calda nella doccia c'è ma non sempre. Però se tornassi ancora a Sumba tornerei sicuramente perché è il miglior rapporto qualità prezzo in tutta Sumba. ”

“The hotel was located right in front of the beach, making it perfect for snorkeling. As soon as I entered the water, I saw a turtle, and relaxing on the hotel’s beach was very comfortable. The room was very spacious and private. I will definitely visit again next time. ”

“Chambre confortable mais très déçu par cette chambre sans aucune vue dehors. Les autres chambres ont l’air beaucoup mieux. Il n’est même possible de voir le temps qu’il fait dehors. La chambre n’est pas nettoyée, il faut envoyer un message pour cela, idem pour changer les tasses, pour les serviettes, un concept qui peut fonctionner mais auxquels non n’avons pas adhéré. Le personnel est adorable. Le coin piscine très sympa et la piscine très grande. ”

“Walking distance from airport. Very affordable and room is spacious. Bed is comfy. Staff are helpful. Final 50m or so is on muddy path so it might be tricky if you brought wheeled luggage. ”

“The place is really beautiful. The receptionist was very sweet person. She arranged snorkelling tour, laundry, transport at a very cheap rate. She also gave us little turtle souvenirs. The place is deep inside the island 2km from the port, so it's better to take a horse carriage. The area is a little quiet and dark at the night, so i suggest you to take a torch with you. The pool is very salty, but if you wanna chill by the pool there's a lot of areas. The canteen inside is decent.”

Not a five star hotel

"I chose this hotel because it’s so close to the harbor and my kid could get 10 more minutes sleep on the day for our speed boat trip. But the prayer at 4:00 am was rather loud, I respect the culture but … then actually my kid had a lot less sleep! And then 6:00am, crazy loud music was playing across the street (we were on the hill side). I left the fruit from breakfast box in the fridge and at night, papaya was molded! Breakfast on 6th floor was not organized. I ordered a latte and need to go get my coffee at the bar or it will never be my turn! Finally, I dialed to the front desk, and no one ever pick up!"
