“Vi hade en helt fantastiskt vecka! En liten resort med bara fem villor, vilket gjorde det väldigt personligt. Personalen var mycket vänlig och gjorde sitt yttersta för att vi skulle trivas. Rummet och omgivningarna städades varje dag, ibland flera gånger om dagen. Bra läge vid stranden med fina rev för snorkling, vi såg sköldpaddor i stort sett varje dag. Flera restauranger precis utanför hotellet. Rekommenderar att hyra cyklar för att utforska ön, blev överraskad över hur mycket den lilla ön……

“I loved the view of Kuta beach absolutely stunning. Also enjoyed the prayers and chants coming from the mosques. The employees were made you feel welcome and always ready to help you. The room was perfect! Very clean with daily maid service. There’s a restaurant on the property and room service available. The best part having your own private pool!!”

“Great customer service, staff are very friendly and accommodating. We had a 2 bedroom villa and just a couple things we didn’t like such as the 2nd bedroom is a separate entrance from the main unit, you have to walk outside past the pool to enter the bedroom (not ideal for kids as it’s nice to have rooms together and accessible from same living area). Other big downside is the main pool area, while nice, is completely shaded by the surrounding trees, so it’s not a pool to lounge in the sun. No……

“Das Highlight der Villa war der tolle Pool und der offene Wohnbereich. Der Bäder sind teilweise offen und etwas muffelig. Das Frühstück war leider wenig abwechslungsreich, man konnte zwischen 3 Pancake-Gerichten, Rührei und Nasi Goreng wählen. Kaffee gab es keinen, wenn dann man muss man ihn selbst machen. In Summe haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und Team ist auch super nett.”

“The villa was even better than the pictures. The villa was really spacious for our family of four. Having a private pool in our private garden was a bonus. The staff at Rimba villas went out of their way to make our visit special, even recommending local restaurants and things to do. I especially liked that they contacted me ahead of our visit to ask if I had any requests and had our bike rentals already arranged when we arrived. ”

“Nice property, but poorly managed. The room was assaulted by an army of centipedes (they sprayed some insecticide after we complained, but there couldn't do much). The location is problematic and, as a bare minimum, there should be a free shuttle bus taking guests to the town center and the beach”

Not a five star hotel

"I chose this hotel because it’s so close to the harbor and my kid could get 10 more minutes sleep on the day for our speed boat trip. But the prayer at 4:00 am was rather loud, I respect the culture but … then actually my kid had a lot less sleep! And then 6:00am, crazy loud music was playing across the street (we were on the hill side). I left the fruit from breakfast box in the fridge and at night, papaya was molded! Breakfast on 6th floor was not organized. I ordered a latte and need to go get my coffee at the bar or it will never be my turn! Finally, I dialed to the front desk, and no one ever pick up!"
