“The resort is beautiful! It was perfect for our honeymoon. They were so accommodating and always ensured we were having a pleasant stay! We had a slight drainage issue in our shower - they immediately investigated the issue. Laura the manager was so lovely. She personally came to apologise. The hotel couldn’t do enough! We would definitely recommend this hotel. The customer service is second to none :)”

“I had an great stay at Tunak Resort, The concept of the Resort is very forward looking, they take care on so many aspects, like nature, animals, the local neighborhood with a lot of passion and responsibility, The property self is beautiful and well maintained, everything looks new and clean, The general manager Mr Muhamad is doing an excellent job together with his team, Thank you for a wonderful week at your place,”

“Where to begin? It’s clean and safe and in the middle of nowhere. Staff is lovely and kind, and without transportation, this is the only game in town. Breakfast was fine. Dinners were ok. Neither was spectacular. We’re just curious about who built this place and who comes here. Video is flashy, as is website, but don’t be fooled. It’s a bit shabby around the edges and worth only one night if you’re here to explore Gili Kondo and other islands or making your way to Sumbawa. ”

“Un bel endroit à Senggigi ! Le personnel est vraiment très chaleureux et agréable. La chambre était propre, le wifi fonctionnait très bien et le lit comfortable. Le cadre en nature est très sympa et la piscine top ! A very good place to stay in Senggigi. People of the hotel are very nice and carefull. The room was clean, no problem with the wifi, the bed was comfortable. The pool is very nice and the location in nature is great !”

Great location and would normally be okay

"Was ok until the unfortunate passengers who’d been rerouted from Bali all descended on our hotel. The hotel was just not capable of dealing with such demand and traffic so service was incredibly slow and disorganised. They ran out of food and they ran out of alcohol."

Not a five star hotel

"I chose this hotel because it’s so close to the harbor and my kid could get 10 more minutes sleep on the day for our speed boat trip. But the prayer at 4:00 am was rather loud, I respect the culture but … then actually my kid had a lot less sleep! And then 6:00am, crazy loud music was playing across the street (we were on the hill side). I left the fruit from breakfast box in the fridge and at night, papaya was molded! Breakfast on 6th floor was not organized. I ordered a latte and need to go get my coffee at the bar or it will never be my turn! Finally, I dialed to the front desk, and no one ever pick up!"
