“Everything was wonderful, the staff - Nico, Alejandra, and all the others as well - is incredibly friendly and efficient. The hotel is located in front of the lake, spectacular view, excellent facilities, outstanding restaurant. The master room is a private spa, comfortable and cozy. I'll give it six stars if allowed.”

“Lovely mountainside property with amazing view of the mountains and lakes. Small size of the hotel meant we got to know the help and informative staff. Food was terrific. A bit of a drive out of Bariloche but worthwhile for us. ”

“Beautiful setting on the lake. It's all about that view. Room was spacious, clean and in great condition. So many good things to say. The only things that would make this a 10/10 is cushions for the chairs on our private terrace, cleaning the beach lounger cushions which were very stained and cleaning off the ash from the restaurant cushions. They were covered in ash from the fire. Also, people kept walking across the private terrace in front of our room! There needs to be better signage.……

“El hotel está bien. Pero hemos ido en otoño y la habitación tenía ya la calefacción predeterminada y no se podía cambiar, escribí a Nicolás el contacto del hotel y omitía mis consultas que quería que lo cambiaran porque no a todas las personas nos gusta una temperatura que alguien decidió, muy mal. Después consulté que si me podían guardar el equipaje después del check out y la respuesta fue que por una hora y media. La verdad el servicio cliente está muy mal, deberían de mejorar. Importante no……

“El hotel está muy céntrico, están cerca los restaurantes más icónicos, tiendas, chocolaterías, etc. Las excursiones que tomé, todas pasaban por mí al frente del hotel por lo céntrico. El personal es muy educado y alegre. La comida del desayuno estuvo muy bien, muy variado. Hace falta un poco de proteína (el huevo lo venden por aparte). La habitación muy limpia y en buen estado estructural. Hay buena calefacción. El tomacorrientes está escondido entre la cama y la pared por lo que si quiere usar……
