“原本很高期望，但到現場發現，房間內的落地窗，有幾處都有鳥屎沒有清掉，淋浴間的玻璃隔板有嚴重的陳年水垢，感覺清潔度不夠好。 不過整體很舒適寬敞，餐廳用餐的氣氛也很好，服務人員相當親切，這裡韓國人很多，一直被誤認成韓國人。 這間在一個小坡上，附近沒有可以繞的地方，離機場有一段距離。”

“Good location. Easy to find. Close to Koreatown. Clean. Have free parking. Have massage on location if you want. Had to put down a 2000 pesos deposit and they will return it to you if there’s no damages to the room.”

“The place is great and have a lot of things to do but the only problem is they close early the playroom closed @ 8pm They can extend for 9pm and the pool they close @ 8pm as well maybe they can extend to 10 so that we can enjoy more. But overall we would definitely recommend to friends and family and would definitely go back again. 😊”

The boys at concierge were super friendly and nice, Ella at reception was perfect, took care of everything, professional, nice and kind. Hershey was very effective and sorted out anything i needed....and Kim ......Kim was just amazing, her smile, sweet voice & kindness just out of this world........I would come back just for her!!!!”

“Unbelievably great rooms. Location not bad also. Far away from the chaos of Walking Street. (Unless that’s your thing). Close to fast food options and a big two-stores cafe bakery with a 711 that you can really go and a Korean restaurant. But not immediately around so needs maybe 6-7 minutes of walking ”

“Enjoyed my stay at Carousel hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff were attentive and thorough. Room was modern and comfortable. Air conditioning, safe and smart TV worked well. Only negative was stairs and no elevator. A little difficult with luggage. Overall, excellent stay!”
