“It was a headache. They sent a pre-arrival form that doesn’t do anything and does not work. You don’t know where to check in when you arrive, no clear signage. They did not give us keys when they told us the room number. No elevator. Unclean hallway. The fridge was not cleaned. Toiletries were only for 1 person, no towels. The cabinet was falling apart. They provided remote controls that are not working, no batteries. You need to call for them to give you the password for the wifi. The……

“It was quite good hotel experience. Attitude of reception and staff were very kindly. The minor issue with soundproofing was a bit of downside. Wi-Fi connection was too strong and comfortable.”
