Finally realized that there was an email from Hessnery not Hotel.com that gave a access code to get in the lobby door, the hallway door and our room. The laundry facilities were great and free. You just needed your own soap. Comfortable bed. Kitchenette was furnished. ”

“The place has persona: deliberately rustic interior but with modern facilities, like good showers and lighs combined in good taste. Somehow this reminds me of the overall Tallinn (or Estonian) architectural thinking, where you have no problems in having the old and the new in the same package. This is a hotel you will remember, unlike the usual hotel chains. ”

“I arrive at 9pm and just staying for one night. With the price, staying for 1 night is fine. For more than 1 night? Nah, not good. The water in bath room as a bit poor. And the breakfast was just normal. Don’t expect too much ”

“The Spa is a great feature. There is a Miaxima store just two minutes away for grocery and household shopping. Ride share options are the easiest to get around to the airport, mall, or city. I used Uber because I already had an account. But Bolt might be a better option.”

“1. 因為出行前扭傷右腳，本人到達酒店時仍然借助枴杖行走。但是酒店提供的位於一層的房間卻需要經過二層穿過整個酒店才能到達。當我發現後要求換房，卻沒有房間了。不過第二天酒店為我換了傷殘人房，非常好。 2.入住當天我們有一個同行的朋友打算更改行程，在塔林住一晚，在要求加床時卻被告知加床已全用完。而且第二天我的朋友就離開了。不過在離店時，酒店未經與我們核實，向我們收取了加床費用。不過在交涉後還是給我們返還了。我對酒店整個印象很好，這兩個小問題解決的也還滿意。不過如果能避免發生就更好了”

“Very disappointing for service and place we stay. Dirty place, it mentioned they provide cleaning service everyday, but no one come to clean up. It also mentioned there are air conditioner but there are no this facility. We complained but they just said that this is hotel.com problem. They should contact Hotel.com but they didn’t. Design of our room is quite strange, we found difficulty to use the toilet. Receptionist need to improve english skill. Bad place to stay. Not recommend to all of you.”

“We spent three nights at the hotel. Our room was bright, clean and comfortable. It was very good that you can close the windows and sleep in complete darkness. The room has good soundproofing. It was cleaned every day. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent. A lot of different food from cereals with milk to sausages and various salads. The hotel owners support Ukraine,at the beginning of the war in Ukraine they gave shelter to thousands of Ukrainians. Thank you for that. I……

“Die Unterkunft ist in der Nähe zum Flughafen. Im Apartment gab es alles, was man braucht. Sogar eine Küchenzeile und einen Kühlschrank für die längere Aufenthalte. Durch selbstständiges Einchecken ist man nicht von der Öffnungszeiten der Rezeption abhängig 👍”
