“Overall the room is clean and neat. The beds and pillows are comfortable, shower and drainage are excellent. Even better than many 5 stars hotels! The rooftop lounge is nice and spacious. Guests can use anytime for BYO drinks/food. Only comment is the light outside the bathroom is a motion sensor night light and couldn't be switched off. If you stay with more than one person, it will keep on and off when the other person walks to the bathroom while you are in bed.”

“ 因為房間的空調無法調整溫度和風量，我已經通知了酒店。但酒店方面表示中央空調系統無法處理，只建議我開窗。然而，外面的環境是車場，經常有車輛出入，這讓我很難入睡。這不是我第一次入住這家酒店，上次的經歷中，廁所的馬桶也出現了堵塞問題，酒店能夠迅速派人處理。但這次的解決方案讓我感到失望。雖然最後可以調整風量但溫度不能調整。希望酒店設施可以更新，期待改善後再次入住。”

“The metro station is in front of the hotel. Spacious and well-designed room. The toilet and shower room are separated. The only and biggest problem was bad soundproofing. We could hear the noise of the shower room's door sliding from the next room and heavy footsteps from upstairs. The noise from upstairs woke me up at midnight for four consecutive nights since I checked in, so I asked a front desk lady to remind the guest upstairs. However, she was unwilling to do so. She wanted me to call……

“There are some construction hereby so its quite noisy if you open the window. But the arrangement can make you feel comfort of that. And also its clean and modern. And its close to Coex mall, very nice! ”

“整體上都OK既…不過出發前一個月都同酒店講兩間房要同一樓層…都安排唔到…依個我覺得有D差囉!!! 其他整體上房間設備都可以…不過我住個間房廁所洗手盆接駁個條去水喉忽然間甩咗…嚇親囉=.=搞到之後都唔敢開大水洗手…”
