“One week stay with my wife and 15 year old son. Just wonderful. Two bedrooms and a full basement "Netflix" room could serve as a third. The radiant floor heating took some getting used to but lends itself to a cozy warm feeling of home, especially after wandering the interesting intricate streets of Seoul in mid February. Really felt like home coming home. The pure joys of the interior design and decor was a wonder. It's not big and spacious by American standards but really highlights how much……

“Overall extremely impressed with the apartment - checking in was a breeze and the thoughtful touches (quality toiletries, snacks & coffee) made it very welcoming. Although we had some cold weather the outside seating for drinks was still very usable for morning coffee and sundowners.The location is very close (50m) to a subway station for convenient travel across the city & the added bonus was the Airport Express bus dropping off literally 20m away made the transfer about as easy as you could……

“A beautiful traditional Hanok with modern facilities. Suited us perfectly. The location was amazing near a number of must see attractions. We are a short family so the small bathrooms were no problem, but if you’re tall going to the loo might be a bit of a squeeze. The host was really helpful and communicated in English which was super helpful. Many thanks. ”

“We enjoyed our stay at the Karezip. Great location, accessible to markets, banks, transportation (bus and subway), restaurants, etc. Couple of things we were disappointed in were that we had 4 adults staying at the apartment but we were only provided bath towels enough for two adults. We also didn't have enough dishes for all 4 adults. We did not get our checkin information before we arrived. The information that was previously sent was a sample and we didn't know this. “We stayed here during one of the hottest weeks of the summer in Seoul and it was a beautiful, air conditioned oasis that we spent more time in than we thought we would. The house is so well designed to maximize the spaces. It has everything you need and is aesthetically beautiful to boot. The host speaks wonderful English and is incredibly thoughtful. He met us at the street to show us how to get in and to explain all the features of the house. This is not the typical Hanok. It's an art space.……

“Didn’t really like the place”

“Our large group (including 2 toddlers and 2 grandparents) stayed here for a week. We didn't have a car, but the bus was very convenient for our group. It really felt like a home that someone cares about. Very clean, comfortable beds, thoughtful design touches, and Kitae was an EXCELLENT host - very hospitable and proactive. We stayed at several different places during our Korea trip, and this was our favorite stay! Thank you Kitae!”

“It took some understanding on the shower…as it was cold water only at first. Once we figured that out, all was good with it! It’s a little small, but since we were out and about almost all the days, it worked out. The price was great! The host got back to us promptly when we had a few questions the first days. I would suggest a couple of more bath towels and an additional bathroom water squigee to help dry the bathroom floor on the main floor. The supplied hangers were nice to hang some clothes……

“When you go to the museum and see a historic map of Seoul, you can find this street in the center. It was a walk to all the sites l. There was a traditional village, historic shopping area, all the palaces, and the market all within a mile. A historic looking house in a residential neighborhood with all the modern amenities. What a find.”

“We loved our stay at Seoul Ari! The home was beautiful, so clean and every detail has been thought through. From our communication, to letting us leave our bags before check-in so we didn’t have to roll them around with us for hours, special amenities and gifts, a beautiful and clean home- this stay was 5 stars across every category! If I ever come back to Seoul I will love to stay at Seoul Ari again. I will definitely recommend it to friends. It made our first trip to Seoul absolutely……
