首尔水疗(Spa)酒店

“An elegant hotel.”

“ 因為房間的空調無法調整溫度和風量，我已經通知了酒店。但酒店方面表示中央空調系統無法處理，只建議我開窗。然而，外面的環境是車場，經常有車輛出入，這讓我很難入睡。這不是我第一次入住這家酒店，上次的經歷中，廁所的馬桶也出現了堵塞問題，酒店能夠迅速派人處理。但這次的解決方案讓我感到失望。雖然最後可以調整風量但溫度不能調整。希望酒店設施可以更新，期待改善後再次入住。”

“Great location! The hotel is right next to the metro and supermarket. The front desk staff are helpful and friendly. A bit of maintenance is needed for the room as the furnitures are old and the curtains are ripped. Overall we had a good stay at this hotel. ”

“Big room which is quite rare nowadays. Staff are helpful and helped us to order chicken delivery at midnight.”
