“The front desk at night was so helpful! Our shower washer was broken at night which made bathroom all wet. I ask for help,he help and figure out that we could have the near room to take shower nearby. Thanks to him a lot!”

“Hotel was okay, a little old but it was clean and safe; it needs some TLC. The gentlemen that greets you at the reception was very nice and professional. I read previous reveiws about this location and the reception gentleman must be the person the other reviewers wrote about stating how nice and professional he is. Worth the stay for a low cost.”

“Arrived in Bratislava very late at night but hotel easy to get to by public transport, with an excellent 24 hour reception. Hotel clean and pleasant, but adjacent to quite a busy road. “There is really nothing i did not like. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. I got there before check in time she was very understanding and made sure my room was ready and let me go in it early with no problem. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel”

“Hjälpsam och trevlig personal som löste att vi bokat fel och råkat boka ett singelrum för 3 personer. Vi fick ett dubbelrum och ett enkelrum bredvid varandra och sonen blev helnöjd över eget rum. Stupava är ett mysigt litet samhälle med supergod gelato utanför hotellet och gångavstånd till flera restauranger med bra service och god mat. Bra parkering på innergården av hotellet. ”
