“對我來說 這是很方便的旅館 每次參團來旅遊的親朋好友都住在附近的旅館 我跟他們見面很方便 喝咖啡 聊天都很棒 又是在 行人徒步區 早上 清潔人員 沒敲門 開了兩次門 未到 中午十二點 還未到退房時間 實在很不禮貌和沒有安全感 已告知過櫃台人員⋯ 希望有所改進⋯”

“隔音效果差、服務態度不佳、入住時告知我因我預約時所留的信用卡有問題要我當場用刷卡機結帳、退房時又告訴我入住當天刷的卡只有授權要我在刷一次、因我有收到信用卡銀行通知付款的簡訊、所以我堅持不再刷第二次、但飯店要我簽一張付款同意書才讓我離開。”

“Location is perfect. Easy access to city centre and all kinds of public transport. It is also facing the Fine Art Academy. There are good exhibitions sometimes. Safe bed is a bit soft. Two stoves are provided for simple cooking, but no dishes, no cutlery, no cooking utensils! We had to ask for all these. Apart from this, it is quite a comfortable hotel. It is also to Wine and Co. Enjoy an evening there.”

“Good location for Vienna main station with airport n other cities connection. The hotel name is a bit confusing as it’s now under the Garner Chain but yet it’s more like a family run hotel. Got one bottled water in room on arrival day only, no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The reception is in need of updated renovation. But the staff was ok and friendly and quite clean as well. Air conditioning works well and balcony door can be opened. Room is small and shower/bath tub is……

“They name the hotel as an airport hotel but it is actually far from the airport. It is just like a cargo hotel in the middle of highway... They claim on their website that they provide airport shuttle to and from airport. Turns out there is only hotel to airport service and costs you €15.5 which is more expensive than uber. The environment near hotel is very creepy. No restaurants nearby. If u stay in this hotel, prepare for reli expensive taxi fares and not going out at all times.”

“Ich habe eine Nacht in diesem Hotel verbracht und bin rundum begeistert! Schon beim Check-in wurde ich herzlich vom Personal empfangen – alle waren stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Das Zimmer war geräumig, modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen: bequemes Bett, gut funktionierendes WLAN, eine Minibar, Wasserkocher mit Tee und sogar eine Kaffeemaschine. Das Badezimmer war ebenfalls makellos sauber –……
