“接待處員工友善，check-in 程序比預期中快和方便，房間整齊但不乾淨，枕頭和被舖有明顯灰塵，洗手間用品不足，只有幾份一次性的shampoo，沒有shower gel. 位置偏靜了一點，晚上街道很暗，走路回去有點擔心。”

“搭乘1號 tram 由車站抵達附近，隨著 google map 指引，看到建物規模比想像中小了不少，有點擔心，看到飯店的旗幟大小也是小巧可愛。 飯店接待是位專業的女士，雖然不像五星連鎖飯店接待般的笑臉迎人，但她展現的是專業的說明與明快的處置，即使我們提早抵達，仍讓我們盡速入住。 飯店還提供免費的 Mini Bar ，裡面有我思念已久的 Vinea 氣泡飲料，還有好喝的斯洛伐克啤酒。 飯店早餐走的是精緻路線，部分可自行拿取如飲料、糕點與水果等。菜色樣式雖然不多，但我的妻子相當喜歡。 飯店房間小了點，整體空間卻營造出老式的美國奢華，相當舒適。 這個價格帶是我下次再前往的不二選擇，即使我之前住過Bratislava 其他五星連鎖的飯店。 ”
