“Overall a wonderful stay and would absolutely come again! Beautiful resort with absolutely stunning views and rooms. Spa is fairly priced and excellent. Location very near little Adam’s peak makes for a convenient sunrise walk. Staff all around very good and made the stay welcoming. Some things to be improved: While restaurant food is good, the prices are extortionate and we ended up eating majority of meals in local Ella for a fraction of the price. “Transport to the location from the train station was an issue, this could be due to the number of tourist that were also on the train trying to get a taxi or tuk tuk. It took just under an hour walk to Nine Arches Bridge. It was a pleasant walk alongside the road. The property is a new build and has a lovely view of Ella Rock. ”

“Wir hatten zuerst beim Empfang einen schlechten Eindruck da wir ziemlich in unser Zimmer gehetzt wurden. Die mitarbeiter wurden aber die nächsten Tage sehr herzlich und haben uns sehr gut umsorgt. Das Frühstück mit dem Ausblick wurde hervorragend präsentiert und man hat sich alle Mühe gegeben das wir uns wohl fühlen. Die Zimmer sind „okay“ der Zustand leider etwas heruntergekommen. Für europäische Standards Gewöhnungs bedürftig. Man muss in Sri Lanka Abstriche machen aber wird dafür von lieben……

“This place is incredible! We were a little worried when our driver initially dropped us off with our bags at the bottom of the steep road and said the road was too tight for the minivan to get through. We walked a little further than we should have, but we found the hotel and as we were escorted to our room our mouths dropped. The room is incredible! We were 3 people, but this place was clearly meant for 6. Two king beds on either side of a little staircase that took you up to 2 single beds……

We had some questions and then we got upgradedto the suite ith private jacuzzi and it made our trip even more amazing. They arrenged spa visit, helped with smart planning and schedule and also gave that "extra care and attention" that is hard to find now a days!”
