“Room was clean, beds comfortable and aircon excellent But unable to get Wi-Fi in room and nowhere comfortable to sit except on the bed. Pool lovely but no sun loungers. Room was not serviced during our 4 night stay but clean towels were provided on request. Maintenance also came quickly when a curtain pole came down and they also provided a mop at my request because I was frightened of slipping in the wet room. I did not realise when booking that there would not be a separate shower. There……

The room is newly refurbished with complimentary wifi and many TV channels. The location is nice. Pangkor Seafood Cuisine, 7-Eleven, and KFC are just downstairs. 10 mins walk to the beach and 19 to ferry. The service is great! The staff contacted for check-in before arrival. “The aircon was noisy, the rooms are also not at all sound proof. The first room they gave us was in bad condition, so we changed and had to pay more. It was worth it, the second room was much better. But still had some issues. Broken glass from lamp, not proper working toilet host ect.. but some good things like extras were availale in the room.”

“Not worth paying such amount for very basic amenities. Mentioned kitchenette but no stove, no utensils, no tissues provided. Beds not properly made, seemed like bedsheet was not changed, sand all over beds. I only like the view.”
