"转机呆了几个小时，退房的前台人拿个信封给我，问我要给多少钱小费，这个也太直接了吧，我要求他们不要叫醒服务，他们就还是一样叫醒我，这个时间并不是我同意的时间，对我来说系统打扰，还想要小费。"

"The hotel is nice, but they don't allow you to bring food and drinks to the room, which is weird and not good. I have never been to a hotel that does that. They most likely want to you eat and buy at their restaurant everyday, which we did not do. Staff was very nice."

"Super cute common area and beautiful setting within the motel, however it was difficult to find in the dark and pouring rain. We also were driving a large SUV, so difficult to drive into the narrow passage to their gate, but we made it! Rooms could be much cleaner, breakfast was okay, but the staff ..."
