"It is a place like no other. Very cool concept and off grid but close to nearby town location. Few Icelandic attractions 30 minutes away. Waterfalls and DC3 wreckage. Very clean and well organized amenities. Nice showers, hot water, espresso-coffee machine to start the day with your favorite one. ..."

Good value with acceptable cleanliness

"Check in is fairly easy as a named envelope with a key was left near the front door. Overall cleanliness is more than acceptable. Bathroom is shared but it is no different from a private one. It is probably not busy that night. We had the whole kitchen for us. It is good value for what we paid."
