“We were happy with the first stay at the hotel and came back again after three days. Unfortunately on the first night the bathroom window suddenly fell down without anyone touching it, and we had to change rooms twice. It was OK, though the new room was not as spacious; but what really upsets me is the hotel falsely suspected us to be the ones who broke the window without clarifying with us, and the male receptionist (or hoel manager) on the moening of Feb. 10th gave us a poker face without……

“Nous avons réservé 2 nuits au Welldone Metropol de Séville en pensant avoir un service digne du prix payé. Ceci n’est pas un hotel pourtant repris tel quel, il n’y pas de réception, vous recevez un message WhatsApp avec les instructions, vous devez allez payer dans un autre Welldone pas très loin heureusement, pour avoir vos codes d’accès ! Autre remarque:si vous souhaitez vous reposer prévoyez des boules quies. Coté Propreté, ça peut aller mais rien d'exceptionnel au vu du prix. Si vous avez……

“Well, limited budget hotel to stay. The staffs are nice and helpful, but cannot change the fact of the old hotel. They clean the room every day, however the facilities are so old. So if I do have choices , I may choose other.”

“The hostel is located in historical center but at a quiet lane. The staff is nice and he breakfast is good. The room is quit big and clean with a small balcony. Although the bathroom is too small to us, we had wonderful stay.”
