“Wonderful gem and perfect location.”

“Best cabin any of the 12 people in our group has ever stayed. The original walk through the cabin had everyone in awe. Many places both indoor and outside for everyone to hang out. Tons of space to spread out with gathering spots for everyone to be together. After 30 years of renting several different properties for our annual spring get together, we have found a new landing spot to enjoy for years to come. ”

“It was a small cabin that was priced right and very comfortable for our stay. It was very clean and comfy. I would definitely stay here again if I am in the area.”

“Whole group had a wonderful weekend here for my little brother's Bachelor Party. Host promptly responded to all questions, property was in excellent condition, and we had a blast on the lake! Would highly recommend. ”

“So enjoyable to sit outside by the water. The description of the place was accurate. Very clean and tidy! The only downside was watching a crazy neighbor hit several golf balls into the water… sometimes directly at children fishing. Not in the control of the owners/managers of this rental, obviously, but disturbing nature nonetheless. ”

“ This place had it all, from the awesome view right on the lake to the two level deck, perfect for a meal outside or a drink watching the boats go by. The fishing is good and we caught a variety of species. The cabin has been beautifully decorated, the beds cozy and the view from inside is like your standing outside with the beautiful wall of windows. Longville is a short drive away should you need anything.The peacefulness and beauty of this place really sets it apart. ”

“The cabin is warm, inviting and cozy with all the modern conveniences. Even my kids will drink the water from either the tap or the fridge. Private setting, a few ATVs drove by, neighboring homes not visible or loud. Only mental note I’ve made is that the road immediately leading to the cabin is soft, much better suited to a truck/SUV than a sedan. We will drive a different vehicle next time.”

“I don't normally write reviews, but thought it was warranted in this case. We had a family retreat for my mom's 80th birthday at the lodge. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the checkin to the checkout John did a great job of communicating. The lodge has been recently updated which made it feel like we were the first ones to stay there. It rained the entire time we were there, but the cabin was so condusive to socializing and relaxing that we didn't even notice. Can't……

“The property is older and the rental unit was on the smaller side but was efficiently laid out. Parking was plentiful and the managers were onsite and friendly. The neighborhood was quiet. The property is a good value.”
