“This place was okay for what we needed at the time. We came in town for a funeral. My Dad passed away and because we do many Family coming from out of town we decided to stay here and let the Family stay at the house. The staff was great they had a Continental breakfast but unfortunately I didn’t wake up early enough to get any.. The place was fairly decent . They could use a renovation or upgrade but for the most part the beds were comfortable and the room was large . We had two rooms one King……

“Pretty quiet ”

“I was trying to save money and although this was not cheap, 138, it was the cheapest around with a free breakfast. The breakfast was only, bagels, bread, oatmeal, cereal, and yogurt. Not carb friendly. Look somewhere else”

“This vacation home had everything we wanted. Enough room for 4 families, very clean, spacious and in a safe, beautiful neighborhood. Views of the lake were amazing for taking some nice pictures. Kids had fun in the jacuzzi. Nearby beach was also very clean and convenient. The drive to Charleston was little over an hour but not too bad. Overall, we all had a great time and would go back in a heartbeat.”

“We attended our niece's wedding reception at the Pawley's Plantation Golf and Country Club. The unit was so close to the venue that we were able to walk there. The unit was clean and the set up was ideal. The neighborhood was peaceful and the neighbors were friendly. ”

“The condo is located near 2 nice beaches and a variety of stores & restaurants. Beds, pillows, & towels are nice. The place is a little difficult to find based only on the address (letters not numbers on the doors). When we arrived, cleaning people were still there (2 hours after check-in time). 1 room had a strong scent of a dog which was unpleasant. The place was clean. There are no pot holders (used a towel) or ice cube trays (if you prefer that). The host is responsive & helpful. ”

“The apartment was wonderful. Immaculately clean, with nice upgrades in particular the kitchen sink & bathroom showers. Tastefully decorated and great location close to the lake!”

“Excellent property. Location can't be beat for golfers and is also convenient to shopping and restaurants. A very nice amenity is having access to Litchfield by the Sea beach club. There was also a very nice barbeque grill. The property is roomy, well appointed, and comfortable. The interior walls appear to have been recently painted, and my only negative comment would be that the trim, doors, and some of the furniture still need a fresh coat of paint. ”
