“very disapointed in hotel. did not get room requested. rooms are dirty and extremely outdated. have been staying at your hotel for 20 plus years....never got sound on fox or cnn, bathtub faucet did not work....replaced and when we left it was barely hanging on the tub. no lawn chairs outside the pool in grassy area. efficiency should have cooking, utensils etc..eyes hanging out of stove...no shelves in refridge door. light over table did not work..no clock in room...requested but never……

“We loved the easy parking and quick elevator ride up to our private-feeling villa. The signature Villa was absolutely gorgeous, new, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed our partial view of the ocean and the pool area was beautiful. Although the weather was cold, I did enjoy the hot tub one afternoon. Two small things I would change…1). The shower, although lovely, needs a small corner seat for shaving your legs. I had nowhere to put up my leg when trying to shave……
