“the fort desk worker was very nice. but i booked 2 rooms for company gusts, they are all got bug bit all of the back and arms, legs. the blanket was feel wet, not comfortable. when they told me today, i was feel so sorry and ashamed， because this hotel was so close to our company, that’s why i booked here. but i think i won’t be book here again.”

“Once we were able to check in, we noticed and reported a leak in the bathroom ceiling, coming from the room above. This morning, there were two leaks in the ceiling, one draining into the light fixture over the bathroom sink, with water running down the mirror and into the sink.
