“Some of the staff were very welcoming (positive greetings, alert to happenings on property, etc) while others never said anything or even looked up to see who was walking through the door. The chemical level in the hot tub was very high (strong odor and burning eyes for many). They have strict quiet hours at 10pm which is appreciated to avoid the late night rowdiness that can happen but they do not even permit things like sitting and playing cards quietly in the breakfast area, etc. Overall……

“The property is off the beaten path which made it quieter and more personal. The room was clean and comfortable and the other guests were considerate, the staff was helpful and kind. Being on the first floor I could hear waling from the room above me but the other noises were minimal. The lobby was not open until 8 am which was a little inconvenient, but just plan for it and its fine. Close to shopping and to Wausau without being in the middle of things. Very convenient to Rib Mountain. Very……

“This second floor apartment met our needs perfectly. The two bedroom apartment accommodated the three of us nicely. The unit, the building and the property were all clean and in good repair. While the kitchen is small, we didn't need to cook so it suited us fine. Although on a busier street, it was quiet overnight. The location was great- close to the activities we did downtown.
