“The hotel is on top of a mountain, overlooking more mountains. Absolutely gorgeous. The room was clean. Bed, pillows, towels, shower were good. We would definitely come back!”

“This is off the beaten path so be prepared and stock up on snacks/food before you get there. I stayed in Pisgah and the room was very spacious, ridiculously clean (cleaner than many of the nice chain hotels I have stayed at), and super cute. It came with a white noise machine that was needed as you can hear your neighbors (I heard mine snoring). There is parking right next to the cabin. WiFi worked great. The biggest *complaint* was I never saw the resident dogs. I was looking forward to petting……

“Good location but is dated. The owner is very nice and helpful. He stated that the motel is getting renovated but is dragging out due to challenges related to hurricane Helene in this small community.”

“The unit was immaculate. Kitchen was well appointed. Unit overlooked 1st tee on Grandfather Mt. golf course. Our hostess was wonderful and we knew if we wanted or needed anything she was available to help. This was an A experience. ”

“Very nice property. Very tastefully decorated. Great views and fantastic weather. The only change I would recommend would be to replace the rugs in both bathrooms (and the hallway to the master bathroom) with rugs that have non-slip bottoms. ”

“Bill was an excellent host, was very fast at replying to my questions! Check in was a snap. House is great, was very clean and well maintained. Hot tub was very clean, and we enjoyed soaking under the stars. The large yard was perfect for walking our dogs! It’s a great location, very close to Boone and Banner Elk. We enjoyed our stay very much.”

“we were looking for a small cabin for our family of 3 and esa dog. this cabin was so much better than expected! recently renovated, it's spotless (and i'm a neat freak!) and nicely decorated with a rustic vibe. the location was perfect, since ski in ski out. management company was very nice and attentive. a couple of small issues handled immediately by the owner himself! this was a great experience and we would definitely stay here again.”
