“We love this property, it is the 3rd time that we have stayed there. The first was rather random of right place and right rate, but since then it's been due to the property. It is clean and well maintained and so cute! They have beach cruisers, boogie boards, beach chairs, and real beach towels to use at the beach. We FINALLY were able to use all of that on this trip. Just by random chance it was the same room as last visit in 2024. We WILL be back! (Only bummer is the local restaurant Spaghetti……

“We truly enjoyed our stay celebrating my friends birthday. The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. We got both places which accommodated our group well. “We had a wonderful time staying in the cottage. We were not right on the boardwalk, but the deck had a nice ocean view. We were out with teenagers who preferred to take a quick Uber up to Newport while we loved the atmosphere in Balboa. There was a lot to do, great food, and amazing people. The management of this property was top notch and so communicative. They were responsive and kind. We will be back! ”

“This house was great! Clean and cozy. Very well stocked with supplies. Greatly appreciated the Tupperware and ziplock bags. Unit has beach chairs, which isn’t advertised, and beach toys. No A/C so the unit gets hot but box fans were supplied and we left windows open all day with the fan blowing which kept it cool. Back patio was such a highlight! Loved eating dinner out there. Can’t was to stay here next year. ”
