“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Balboa Island. Our rental was stocked with many convenient options that made our stay very pleasant! This unit is comfortable and very clean. We did not rent a vehicle and it was very easy to walk anywhere on the island.”

“The property is across the board walk from the beach, so couldn't be easier to enjoy the huge sands and ocean. The home itself has a terrific view with the beach side wall being all glass, with a glassed in balcony. Everything you need contained within, high beamed ceiling, comfy seating, and a fully contained kitchen. Our four footed family loved the walks on the beach before 10 and after 4:30. The Board Walk an entertainment with babies in carriages, youngsters and adults on scooters and……

“Good price for 2 blocks from the beach. Comfy bed. It was nice to have plenty of counter space in the bathrooms, something that is sorely lacking in most rentals. The front patio is a great place to relax. The park next door is definitely a plus with dogs. Try the Il Farro Italian restaurant near the Newport pier, the Snipe Island Crafthouse on Balboa Island, and Siam Station for Thai food. ”

“This was a super cute house that was perfect for our family's short visit. It was clean, and the pictures of the property were very accurate - definitely a cottage! Location was walkable to shops and the ferry. There was a thoughtful welcome note and amenity, which was a nice touch! There was a lot of construction on the island, so it was noisy... not the owner's fault. Bring a sound machine, because it's a busy island!”

“Cute apartment with a nice rooftop deck. Looks just like the pictures. Feels more like a cottage with the beamed ceilings in the living room. Comfy bed, fast wifi, pleasant kitchen and bathroom. Garage parking was great to have. Note that only smaller cars/suvs will fit. Excellent communication with the host. Will rent again! ”

“Exactly as described and great location! We had a nice, quiet stay. Host had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower and blow dryer in the bathroom. There also were beach towels, a beach bag, and beach chairs available to use. The shower itself was quite small but think that is par for the course on the island in general. Would stay again!”
