“We had another fantastic time at this lovely beach cottage. This is our 2nd time staying at this beach cottage due to its many perks. Great accommodations with all the luxuries. Easy access to the beach for my elderly mom with a walker. Short walk to great restaurants, coffee house and market. Looking forward to our next stay at this very comfortable beach cottage. ”

“We had a wonderful time staying in the cottage. We were not right on the boardwalk, but the deck had a nice ocean view. We were out with teenagers who preferred to take a quick Uber up to Newport while we loved the atmosphere in Balboa. There was a lot to do, great food, and amazing people. The management of this property was top notch and so communicative. They were responsive and kind. We will be back! ”

“Easy to get in and communication was great. Only thing was the contact phone number on the info sheet in the unit was not in service. Needs to be updated to match the text communication number. That's why 4 starts instead of 5 for communication - but other than that all 5 stars!”

“My daughters had a 3 day weekend so we planned some beach time. It was important for us to be right on the sand, and that we were! It was easy to bounce between the house, sand, water, firepits, and volleyball courts throughout the day. Parking on site was too tight for my Tesla to fit but there was ample street parking available during the off season and the parking lot is just a few steps away for convenience. We walked to the fun zone and to dinner each night so didn't cook at all but enjoyed……

“This condo is a great location - easy walk to main street on the island, to the ferry to go over to the peninsula and to the beach (even with kids)! The house had lots of beach toys which the kids really appreciated and couch was comfy for relaxing after a long day playing! The company checked in when we arrived and when I shared that the bathroom wasn’t as clean as I hoped, they were willing to send someone out right away to clean. Having a parking space was an added bonus on a busy holiday……
