“We came to Newport Beach for the end of our spring break. Jason’s place is a quick drive from John Wayne airport. And is just a few steps to the sand. I had my 4 sons and there was room for everyone to be comfortable. Jason was responsive and helpful. Garage parking was great. We had a great trip. Would stay again for sure!”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Surfrider II! You can’t beat the location and it had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The master bed was one of the most comfy beds I’ve slept in at a hotel or VRBO. Cute kitchen/ living area and upstairs deck for relaxing. Customer service and check in/out was fantastic. My only note is that the place is listed as 2045 sq ft but I’m guessing that’s the entire building and the place itself is 1/2 that size. Regardless it is set up well and felt spacious. ”

“Just spent a week here with family. There were five of us and the house was perfect. We love the location liked having the grass out in front and our grandkids visited and the playground nearby was a plus. Plenty of food opportunities within walking distance which we love not having to get in the car and drive somewhere every night. We did a lot of walking and biking on the boardwalk and hanging out at the beach.”

“Janet was great and the place was lovely. The only reason for 4/5 was a mix up on heck out times. The check out time in the confirmation email had a typo as 10:59pm, but it was supposed to be 10:59am. We had planned to leave our luggage for the afternoon, but it wasn't a big deal to get out earlier for the next tenants. I would definitely recommend!”

“Cute apartment with a nice rooftop deck. Looks just like the pictures. Feels more like a cottage with the beamed ceilings in the living room. Comfy bed, fast wifi, pleasant kitchen and bathroom. Garage parking was great to have. Note that only smaller cars/suvs will fit. Excellent communication with the host. Will rent again! ”
