“Cute apartment with a nice rooftop deck. Looks just like the pictures. Feels more like a cottage with the beamed ceilings in the living room. Comfy bed, fast wifi, pleasant kitchen and bathroom. Garage parking was great to have. Note that only smaller cars/suvs will fit. Excellent communication with the host. Will rent again! ”

“Exactly as described and great location! We had a nice, quiet stay. Host had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower and blow dryer in the bathroom. There also were beach towels, a beach bag, and beach chairs available to use. The shower itself was quite small but think that is par for the course on the island in general. Would stay again!”

“We came to Newport Beach for the end of our spring break. Jason’s place is a quick drive from John Wayne airport. And is just a few steps to the sand. I had my 4 sons and there was room for everyone to be comfortable. Jason was responsive and helpful. Garage parking was great. We had a great trip. Would stay again for sure!”

“We came here with our grandchildren and the location was thte best. Very close to playgrounds, the beach on the bay side for little kids and the ocian side for big kids. The set up is nice with two sets of bunk beds in one bedroom and a big bed in the other. The porch and deck were also nice for great outside space.”

“Overall I would say the location is very nice and close to the pier which was convenient . The house was located on the main roadway which I didn’t like and the parking listed says SUVs can fit and that was not accurate. The only car capable of parking in the spot provided has to be a compact/ small vehicle. The cleanliness wasn’t the greatest either but not horrible. Also wasn’t a huge fan of the check in process and getting charged additional money for my dogs to come. When I booked the place……
