“We stayed for a week to visit family and explore Long Beach and LA. It served as an excellent base for both. Public transport is a 5 minute walk away. There are shops and restaurants within the same walking distance. One thing to note there is no off street parking so if hiring a car parking can be difficult at times. The property itself was excellent and had all necessary amenities.”

“Jennifer was amazing and was so helpful! She called ahead a time to talk about property and make sure we knew it was an upstairs unit:) The place was clean and perfectly located , we also met a few neighbors who were so kind! We will definitely come back and recommend this property to others :)”

“The only issue I had was the paperwork and communication was annoying. I had to fill out two different forms with basically the same information. I got 27 emails from booking to checkout. That was excessive. The place itself was fine. Easy walk to the restaurants and stuff.”

“The location of the apartment was good for our trip purpose making it quick to get there to/from LAX. The apartment layout was great, although the living room furniture for 4 adults was not very comfortable. The check in/out process was not at all easy or convenient.”

“The ocean is a block away. Restaurants in the neighborhood are abundant. People are very friendly. This is a vacation paradise. Kitchen is small but perfect for a quick breakfast. Has a sink, beverage frig, microwave and toaster oven. perfect for quick”

“There’s so much I can say, the location, the views, the luxury furniture and the clean scent! They had everything, pots , pans , dishes, soap & plenty of towels , extra blankets, pillows & even extra mattress in the closet! I looked under the oven & found plenty of hookah setups and all supplies needed! No complaints, neighbors were no issue , we even grilled at the pool! Only downsides would be Parking, you have to pay for a meter or park at grocery outlet (luckily you can see your car from……

“Enjoyed staying at the cottage. The amenities that Barb provides her guests are exceptional. And she is equally as lovely. Great location close to everything. Got to hike Point Lobos, go to the aquarium, take some beautiful beach walks, antiquing, and do a e-bike tour of the 17 mile drive. One issue for me was that the internet is a bit sketchy in the cottage. I had a few things I needed to do for work and had to move around and sometimes go outside to get connected. But not a huge issue. Just……
