“这是20+多天的旅程住过的酒店最值得推荐的，性价比最高，酒店较大，酒店内环境很好，房间外就有条小河，有很多鸭子在闲游，或在房间露台外的草地上嬉戏，附近还有高尔夫球场，房间户外还有烧烤炉，这间酒店是度假的好地方，职员也很友善，房间内有炊具齐全的厨房，真是值得再住多一晚，如果再有机会到棕榈泉的话会再入住这间酒店。”

“The room was fine; quiet, roomy, everything worked and it was a well stocked studio with a Mountain View. Front desk staff—- no bueno. Not nice not friendly not helpful—-seemingly unhappy workers or I was very smelly?we were checked quickly. We did check in early 2:30 instead of 4/4:30. Our unit was the furthest end of the complex away from pool and restaurant. One entrance /exit to hotel—- always passed the front lobby—- no back stairs or easy access to street/ vehicle—-was annoying. Esp.……

“We had an amazing stay at this beautiful beachfront condo in Carlsbad. The location couldn't be better—right on the sand with breathtaking ocean views, and just a short walk to great restaurants, coffee shops, and local boutiques. The unit itself was clean, comfortable, and felt like home from the moment we arrived. What really made the experience exceptional, though, was the host’s communication. “Loved our stay. Very up to spec property, very clean with friendly staff at the reception. Our unit came with ski locker on the 1st floor - great feature don't need to carry and store skis in the unit. Very close to gondola.”

“Unfortunately someone got into our cabin/trailer, management called me a liar and said “it didn’t happen”. I’ve never anything taken out of my room ever, but someone took toiletries out of our bathroom. Who does that? Creepy. Also, the place was not clean, I have pictures. ”

“Super friendly staff, went above and beyond, but unfortunately they were extremely short staffed. Each person was doing the work of 2 people and spread very thin. Our master bedroom was EXTREMELY loud. I literally slept maybe 4 hrs each night. Something outside was slamming into the side of the building when the wind blew and when it stopped slamming, something else would squeak. ”
