“We had a great time staying in Carlsbad for spring break; the condo is a lot bigger than it seems from photos. Our family of four had plenty of room to spread out. We were able to walk into town for dinner each night and the drive into San Diego proper is very quick. It was a little chilly to get in the water but we still spent some quality time at the beach just outside the condo. ”

“The property is right on the strand. There is a small road between you and the beach. There are two parking spaces in a garage below the building. The garage is gated. There are really two master suites. One is towards the back. It has a king bed and en suite bathroom. There is a small fridge and microwave. There's access to a private patio (non-ocean facing). “I can't speak highly enough of this stay. Firstly, the photos do not even do the view justice; it is better. Expect that you will wake up above a beautiful cloud inversion nearly every morning, watching the sun set over the mountains with beautiful different colors every day. Easy nearby hiking is abundant, featuring beautiful bluff trails, mountains, or rolling hills. We visited in April, and the weather was consistent and beautiful; it truly felt heavenly.
