“We were very pleased with the condition of the unit. It was very clean and comfortable, and just as listed. Overall, I was very happy we rented it and would go again. (*That being said, I'd bring - or ask for a larger coffee pot... The existing one is maybe 2 cups at most... and honestly, that was the only thing I could complain about! :) A very nice place!”

“Minus all the bed frames being broken and there being no air conditioning or fans, the house itself is very nice, I just don’t feel like it’s “Vrbo” rental ready. There was a for sale sign infront of the house which explains the staged furniture feel! All the slats under the bed were either out of place or missing a few which made my kids describe their nights rest like sleeping on a camels back! ”

“Khen’s home was perfect for our large family. It was well equipped with everything we needed and although the area had some questionable characters pass through at times, they kept to themselves and we felt quite safe.”

“This house was great! The view at night and during the day of the Bay was beautiful! Would stay again! Just needed more towels for 10 guest, but overall 5star!”

“We used this house like it was our own home. We cooked everyday hangout in the living room and used the back yard. We parked the truck in the garage. We really didn't use the projector to watch any television but a nice feature. The bed was firm maybe too firm for most. But that depends on you. ”

“This is a very nice large sunny clean house with tons of space, tons of sunlight, beautiful location and view. It had a fish pond, a chicken coop and a large redwood tree on property. Absolutely beautiful. The one challenge is a 200-300 hike uphill to the house. There is no Parking near the house and if you have anyone with difficulty walking uphill, don't stay there.”

“Cool & quirky place the size of a warehouse! Tons of baseball memorabilia and history. Dave’s a really cool dude! Highly recommend staying and something that’s completely different for a change.”

“Lovely, clean, quiet unit with gorgeous views of the SFbay from the Berkeley side. We had a wonderful stay. Walking distance to many places on Shattuck. ”

“The view is amazing. The house is clean and quiet and equipped with all you need. We had a wonderful stay. It was a perfect place for what we needed but would be a challenge for someone with mobility issues or a driver uncomfortable with a narrow and steep driveway.”
