“This home was well supplied & clean (could use lamps, suitcase rack). Great home in really really rough area. Every Uber advised against going out after dark, carrying backpacks or bags. This home in any other location would have been a 5 star. The listing suggested an up and coming "hip" area of Oakland. We didn't speak with anyone who thought that and it did not feel like it an area being gentrified. We almost asked to move but decided to stay and just shut ourselves in since we would only be……
