“I was selling a house in a neighboring town and needed a place to stay that would accept my cats. We were welcomed immediately. It's a beautiful unit in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean and accommodating. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay. Close to BART and downtown Castro Valley. ”

“On the plus sides: The property is fun and ecclectic. I would say not for small children as there are wooden and woven giraffes, lamas, masks etc. that would likely attract attention Good location, easy walk to restaurants. Fells safe. Clean. Plenty of hot water and good pressure. Plenty of books and games. Easy parking. Erin is very responsive.Negatives: mattress a bit soft but that's personal preference. A bit dark. “I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property. In addition to having a spacious upstairs flat at my disposal I needed a full kitchen to be able to do some cooking while I was there. The interior decor was tasteful and there was a good selection of books to expand my reading options. Location was super convenient for visiting Berkeley and Oakland and I-80 is right there for easy access to SF / West Bay or anywhere else in the Bay Area.
