“We chose Richard's place both for the location and number of bedrooms. There was plenty of room for our large group with two bedrooms downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs. There are two hang out areas inside which are open to one another but far enough apart to hold seperate conversations. It is minutes from the San Mateo Bridge leading west and freeways leading east. We were just over half an hour away from South San Francisco, Half Moon Bay and the Tri-Valley, all of which were destinations……

“Minus all the bed frames being broken and there being no air conditioning or fans, the house itself is very nice, I just don’t feel like it’s “Vrbo” rental ready. There was a for sale sign infront of the house which explains the staged furniture feel! All the slats under the bed were either out of place or missing a few which made my kids describe their nights rest like sleeping on a camels back! ”

“The place was not fully stocked. No glasses. No coffee supplies. No ice. Mish mashed towels that we were given one towel per bed. There were 5 of us. Upstairs is the living area/kitchen with insufficient seating. One bedroom downstairs.”
