“When we arrived it was pccupied. We waited e hours after check im for them to finish cleaning. The owner lets his employees stay there. The house was fillthy. The sofas were serrt, there was dust wverywherethe stoves do. Ot work amsd nekther soes the drige. There is a coin op washwr and dryer There were about 5 towels for a group of 18. There was a roach in the kitchen. The patio furniture was covered in dirt and mold. This property should be removed from the site, it is not ready for rent.……

“Karla’s studio is an ideal pied a terre. It’s an easy walk to campus, cafes, restos and shops. While close to amenities it also offers privacy and serenity as it’s tucked into the hillside, surrounded by trees and gardens. The studio was very clean and well appointed. Karla was a warm host, helpful and responsive to questions. I already dream of returning! ”

“I stayed here for a few days because my daughter was admitted to UC Berkeley, and she was invited to a few events being held at the school for admitted students. The location of this place is very convenient as it is a 14 min drive from UC Berkeley. However, you won’t be able to walk from this place to Berkeley because you have to take a minor highway to get to the university. Regardless, this is a beautiful home with everything you’d reasonably need for a short stay. The host also kept great……

“The property was convenient for us. It was spotlessly clean. The small details were nicely thought out. The person who met us at the property was helpful and friendly. We have only one criticism: There is a wall between units that is not soundproofed. It needs to be. We were kept awake the entire first night by noise from the adjoining unit. Lots of people plus kids. The second night one of the kids (probably) was roller skating up and down the hallway in their unit. I went over and talked to……
