“Specious place everything describe like the photos. We visit in March total of 7 adults and 2 children lots of place for my 2 years old to run around. 2 large patios to enjoy outdoor view. This place is fully equipped with things you need to cook for 10 people and has children’s plates and bowls. When we first got there there were a ft of snow cover the parking and walk way to the front door. This area has poor reception for both T-Mobile and Verizon in order to contact the host I had to walk……

“We had a wonderful time! We did puzzles on the large dining room table, watched a DVD movie, made great meals in the kitchen. The place was very comfortable and warm (it snowed just before our arrival). There was some rain so we were very appreciative of the covered parking spot. We will definitely come back when we’re in the area.”

“The entire house is clean, spacious and nicely renovated. It locates in Yosemite West which is not as crowded as in the valley but still close to the attractions. Only 20 minutes drive from Tunnel View, so we were able to see the sunset at the lookout and went back to the lodge for dinner before it got completely dark. There was a couple of hours of power outrage in the whole village. Other than that, everything else worked great.”

“I know Wawona fairly well and this cabin is positioned perfectly! It’s right above the main swimming hole and the sound of the river is amazing at night. It’s an old cabin but has everything you need.”

“The actual place is great.  Beds comfortable, kitchen good, fun pool table.  5 stars.  You need to understand the location.  If you are booking in the height of summer, ignore this paragraph!  The unit is inside the park and at a high elevation.  If there is ANY snow, it is a challenge to get to.  Chains are very often required (and necessary).  The driveway is a particular challenge although someone was working hard to keep it clear.  One day we left the park valley floor at 5 and there was a……

“Wawona road out of the valley was no joke! We were so happy to finally have space and solitude! We walked to the little store and enjoyed some quality time together. It was really nice not having to go more than 10 minutes to Mariposa Grove, and stay within the park! ”
