“Awesome and super clean place to stay when visiting San Jose. Highly recommended. ”

“It’s close to the convention center making it easy to come and go. It was easy to find with the clear directions. The gate to enter does get stuck a bit. The porch light wasn’t on but our cell phone flashlight worked just fine accessing the key. It was a tad stuffy when we walked in but there there was a box fan and ceiling fan accessible making it quite nice. The bottom bunk was very comfortable. The top bunk mattress could be better. My daughter graciously took the top. It sinks in the middle.……

“House was beautiful and had so much character. Plenty of space for our family staying together to hang out (3 adults 2 kids). Spacious, clean and had a driveway that fit both cars. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants and coffee shops. Felt safe in the home and kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast everyday (plenty of silverware, plates, pans etc). Property owner was extremely responsive and checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. Close to a street car……

Loved that we could walk to the SAP Centre and there was plenty of off street parking. We will definitely book again if coming back to San Jose. ”

“Spacious and modernly decorated and appointed. Kitchen was well organized. Loved the round table which was perfect for meals and just chatting. The beds were comfy. Carlos answered all of our questions quickly. Many of us said that we would like to return to this house again someday. ”

“Me and the team loved staying here, the location was great for the distance to the convention center. The house was in pretty good condition mostly, however some items were left behind by previous renters it seems, such as an open tobacco sauce, vegetable oil, a pack of Coors light beer, and a baby toy hidden within the couch cushions. Some other stuff that we noticed and had to watch out for we're also a little tiring:Found out one of the stairs had a loose stepping panel with a nail sticking……
