“House was clean. Checking in was quick and simple. We had access to the property with no issues. The host was very responsive when needed. Neighborhood was pretty quiet. The road to the house was pretty packed neighborhood with cars. Overall, we were happy with the stay. ”

“This was a nice place to stay for us to visit my brother’s family in Sunnyvale. The check out was super easy because Vikash has a “no chore” checkout policy. So it was super easy. Also Vikash was very responsive whenever we had questions. ”

“It’s close to the convention center making it easy to come and go. It was easy to find with the clear directions. The gate to enter does get stuck a bit. The porch light wasn’t on but our cell phone flashlight worked just fine accessing the key. It was a tad stuffy when we walked in but there there was a box fan and ceiling fan accessible making it quite nice. The bottom bunk was very comfortable. The top bunk mattress could be better. My daughter graciously took the top. It sinks in the middle.……

“House was beautiful and had so much character. Plenty of space for our family staying together to hang out (3 adults 2 kids). Spacious, clean and had a driveway that fit both cars. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants and coffee shops. Felt safe in the home and kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast everyday (plenty of silverware, plates, pans etc). Property owner was extremely responsive and checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. Close to a street car……

“We used this house like it was our own home. We cooked everyday hangout in the living room and used the back yard. We parked the truck in the garage. We really didn't use the projector to watch any television but a nice feature. The bed was firm maybe too firm for most. But that depends on you. ”

“The best vacation rental I've ever stayed at! Our family had a lovely stay. The host allowed us to check in early and was very communicative. The home was immaculate, well-appointed, very comfortable. Our toddler had a great time running around in the giant fenced in garden. Location was also convenient and walkable to some local attractions. Would definitely stay again.”
