“This property is in a good location because it is close to nice spots like Palo Alto. It is next to some industrial complexes though so don’t expect beauty around you. It feels like you are staying in a nice college apartment, but don’t expect luxury. It’s clean, but simple. The gym was nice and it is a good spot for a family. Good landing spot if you plan on touring the area. ”

“This was a wonderful property. Other than a snafu in communications getting check in instructions, the process was smooth and communications were good. The apartment was clean and well-stocked. We would happily stay there again.”

The host, Anastasia, is awesome - she found a bracelet my daughter left, tracked me down (Anastasia reached out a second time after I missed the first email) and mailed it to us. While this is the guest experience we all hope for, it is not the experience we always get.”

“Location excellent, unit good size, very clean, well equipped. Great unit to people watch down below in Santana Row. Crowds come on the weekends. The internet speed is slow for my needs. I use it for hospital EMR so xrays, MRI’s, CT’s and charting.”

This rental was absolutely perfect! - Convenient, prime, safe location - Apartment was cute (and exactly as described) and worked well for kids and adults alike - Everything was clean and there was nothing we needed during our stay that wasn't provided in the rental - Clear and quick communication from our host - check-in/check-out instructions……
