“House was exactly as described, very clean. The property manager was very easy to work with, called me to give me the door code and her phone number if we had any issues, which we didn’t. Only thing would be it’s not really walking distance when you’re in snowboard gear but is very close to just drive up the street to park at Snow Summit.”

“The condo did not show as well as the pictures, its old and dated carpet was filthy stained , appliances old dirty , sofas old and torn , bedding old , tub / shower damaged and stained . Not worth the money needs to be cleaned and upgraded. Staff could be nicer and better communication needed . ”

“If you have a kid, you cannot beat the location. Property management was easy to get a hold of (minor dishwasher draining issue). They came and fixed it. Not the most updated townhouse, and a bit loud when people are walking upstairs in the living room area (creaking heard loudly in the bedrooms downstairs)—so maybe not ideal for light sleepers. But we actually brought a white noise machine reading the other reviews about that issue, so that helped a lot. Overall an easy stay.”

“The condo is in a great location, walking distance from the lift. It is updated, it has everything you need, maybe the kitchen could use a taller pot to boil spaghetti and a good knife to chop onions and vegetables, but other than that the whole condo is great, warm and cozy and clean! My two teen boys were gone early to get on the slopes while I worked nicely in the house. I didn't have to worry about driving them to the lift. It was very convinient. I would stay here again for sure.”
