“My husband and I stayed 5 nights very near to Rubedoux walking and hiking trails and downtown Riverside with its wonderful Old Mission District. The condo was very clean, furniture was comfortable , all our needs were met . Outside private patio was a treat. Communication with host was always very quick with response. Freeway access was fast and easy but we got around well on surface roads within the city. We will be back next year for another graduation at CBU”

“We stayed in Villa Teatro which has a private deck with ocean views. Upon arrival, we realized our unit hadn't been cleaned. The staff was quick to remedy our situation and refunded our cleaning fee for the inconvenience. So many amenities within walking distance: grocery, restaurants, shopping, but most of all the BEACH! Our villa had everything you could think of to make your stay pleasurable. It was furnished with beautiful paintings by the artist Wyland. The only negative was the sofa bed.……
