“Such a nice place!! We all enjoyed it ”

“The condo was indeed luxurious and the views spectacular! ”

“We stayed over Christmas 2024 and this was the perfect vacation spot. The view is post card quality, better than the pictures show. Parking was not a issue, but the lot did fill up by night. The interior was updated and comfortable. The fireplace did not work, but it was noted in the original listing. There was an electric fireplace under the TV, which gave a wintertime cozy feel. The chairlift was a close drive away, not quite a comfortable walkable distance in ski boots. Check in / out……

“The condominium complex is very nice. The view from the patio, relaxing in the chairs was our favorite part. The condo was pretty clean, but the bathroom has seen better days. My biggest issue with the place was the bed, it was very uncomfortable and the futon couch in the living room wasn’t comfortable and had some issues. If they updated the bed and the couch, it would be a much better place to stay.”

“Our stay was very nice. It was spic and span which was wonderful. The bathroom was dated and the condo in general was small. They did have a coffee pot and coffee but no sugar and creamer. VRBO has always been true to their word. Thank you. ”

“So fun and so great. Short drive from Safeway and prices aren’t so bad if you give them your phone number at checkout and apparently that’s all it takes to get “member” pricing. The bed in the bedroom by the door was miserably hard and no pillow top either. All the other beds were great. The loft was so fun for our 7 year old. Windows everywhere and such a great view no matter which way you look. We did encounter a pretty big bear while trying to throw away the rest of our trash but he was busy……

“Great townhouse condo in Kings beach. 2 min drive to beach and 10 mins to Northstar. The place is large and has all the details you look for in a rental. This place was great for our family of 6. The older boys stayed in the loft and the two large bedrooms downstairs were great. Would stay again. Easy access to rhe condo from parking. ”

“It was as advertised. Disappointed in studio lack of any view and not being more closely walkable to a cocktail. ”

“Lovely stay. Excellent location. Can walk to the grocery store, a few public beaches, and restuarants if needed. We appreciated the relatively new living room flooring and couch. The one downside is that the stairway carpeting needs to be deep cleaned or replaced. But, it looked like there was some new carpet in the closet that was waiting to be installed. Would stay here again. ”
