“We enjoyed a family vacation with my grown up children and had an amazing time. The property is great and enough room for all 5 of us. We even were able to bring our furry family friends with us and not leave them behind. There is so much to do and so many boats to watch come in and out of the Marina. We will definitely come back to this property for another stay! The hosts were always quick to respond and had a beautiful cottage right on the water. ”

“First time to Reno and staying at the penthouse really brought it all together with incredible views of the city and surrounding foothills. Great location as well, minutes walk to all amenities. Don't forget to check out roof top for bonus views”

“Very easy checkin, the kitchen had everything I needed to prepare a few meals (blender, pots and pans, even a pizza pan and icecube trays, which were both much appreciated). Some of the windows in the bedroom and laundry alcove (which are high up in the wall) didn't have curtains so the bedroom never get very dark (kind of nightlight levels of light), so this is something to take into account if you like your sleeping area dark. Overall, I'd stay here again if I'm ever back in Reno.”

“The condo was lovely. Wonderful layout and exceptional views. The cupboards were stocked with plenty of kitchen basics, pots and pans etc that we needed to start our vacation. The hosts were very helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend this condo for your stay in Reno/Sparks.”

We had an issue upon check in with a critical item that was broken; the hosrlt responded to our message within minutes, and it was replaced the next morning. Unit was comfortable, quiet, and well equipped - everything we could possibly ask for! Will definitely stay here again for future trips!”

“Very close to all the major freeways, quiet area, steps away from the Truckee river very clean. The owners were very responsive and accommodating.”

“This property is really nice and cute. It was clean, updated and the perfect size for me and my daughter. Cute living room with 2 couches, full kitchen and a big king bed in the bedroom. Had an issue with the door code but host was available on the first call to help and resolve the issue. ”

“Cute little place. Poor parking for bigger vehicle, area aroubd property looking run down, vehicles on blocks, hallwalls of property had musty old wood smell. ”

“I’m only giving this a 3 star because there were numerous cleanliness problems: used qtip on the bathroom floor, towels that looked soiled by glue, outdoor fridge filled with mold, dust bunnies and dead plant leaves on the floor. Otherwise the place was beautiful. And the records with the record player was a bonus too. If you want to stay in downtown Reno, this place is great. I’d stay again if it was cleaner, and I’m hoping this was just a glitch.”

“The host was proactive in communicating with us. The condo was in a good location with a grocery store, and some other shops, within walking distance. It was very clean and equipped with a pod coffee maker with a great variety of flavor choices, a countertop ice machine, and a sweet little fenced in patio with four chairs and a table, to enjoy your coffee in the morning sun. There was also a grill in the patio area but we didn’t use that. We thought was a great value and would absolutely stay……

“We had a great time and the place was really pretty. We enjoyed the spa during the day and the condo was great. Very clean and pretty on the inside. The outside could use some upkeep and paint, but overall we wanted to stay another 2 days. We really liked it there. It was quiet too.”
