“This property perfectly met our needs. It is small and cozy and 5 minutes from almost everything. It is an older house that has been very well used over the years, so it has it's own little quarks. We loved that it was a seperate little space located behind the the house. It gave us privacy and added to the coziness. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the house but every night in bed, we heard frogs croaking out our window and would doze off listening to their songs. Bart was an awesome……

“We were quite happy with the unit and found it quite spacious for 400sf. The layout took full advantage of the space and the high ceiling makes the small area feel larger than it really is. It is also decorated in a warm and charming fashion. Only 2 things needed improvement, we were never able to get WiFi, the password listed didn’t work and we tried it with multiple devices. The second was that we couldn’t figure out how to get the shower to work. We travel a lot and have never seen a spout……

“This unit is located right in midtown within walking distance of many great restaurants and bars. It is also a fairly short walk to the river and downtown. Despite being on the main street in Reno it was actually pretty quiet. The rooms were clean, well stocked with towels and I appreciated having a place with two bedrooms and two bedrooms. ”

“Great apartment in an ideal location in Reno to explore local bars, restaurants, and beyond, especially if you're not big into the casino scene. Very responsive host too - we had one issue with the internet connectivity and it was addressed quickly. Will stay again next time I'm in the area!”
