“Quiet clean home in sparks. Needed a place to stay after my home sold. If you want a quiet and a convenient location in sparks this is it. ”

“PROS: The place is nicely maintained and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. It’s located in Midtown next to Downtown to all our activities. CONS: The wall heater in the bedroom made an annoying hum when on which made sleeping difficult to sleep. There was a beeping noise every 20 seconds that may have been from the smoke alarm. Footsteps could be heard from the unit upstairs. In summary, if you are a light sleeper, then you might not get a good night’s rest. Also, though the sofa……

“This property is really nice and cute. It was clean, updated and the perfect size for me and my daughter. Cute living room with 2 couches, full kitchen and a big king bed in the bedroom. Had an issue with the door code but host was available on the first call to help and resolve the issue. ”

“It was beautiful with great amenities. The neighborhood was really nice and convenient. Very walkable and safe.”

“Very easy checkin, the kitchen had everything I needed to prepare a few meals (blender, pots and pans, even a pizza pan and icecube trays, which were both much appreciated). Some of the windows in the bedroom and laundry alcove (which are high up in the wall) didn't have curtains so the bedroom never get very dark (kind of nightlight levels of light), so this is something to take into account if you like your sleeping area dark. Overall, I'd stay here again if I'm ever back in Reno.”

“My daughter and I were in Reno for a volleyball tournament and Reno retreat was an excellent location. So much nicer than a standard hotel. We had our own rooms (which my girl loved) it was superbly equipped with everything you need and a little more besides. ”
