“We had a wonderful stay at River Cottage in Sept 2025. Communication with our Guest Contact/Host was easy, informative, and pleasant. The location is ideal for walks along the Riverwalk and close to stores, coffee shops, Day Spas, and Downtown Reno. The studio interior was inviting and had everything we needed during our stay. The weather was pleasant so we were even able to enjoy drinks on the private porch swing. The host put much care ensuring everything was just what we needed, even……

“A perfect little place to stay while visiting my son, daughter-in-law, and my new grandson. I didn't use the kitchenette, but it was well equipped. The bathroom was adequate, but I was momentarily disappointed that the bathtub was not able to be used as such (not able to "plug"), but the shower was sufficient. The bed was very comfortable. Location for walking the Riverwalk was superb. Wonderful experience. ”

“My wife and I just completed a 5 week stay at this property. The unit had everything we could have wanted. First, it was CLEAN! The host, Archie Tino, obviously takes great care to be sure the unit is ready to welcome his guests. And, communication was phenomenal. While we didn’t have a great deal of communication to do, we did have one minor issue which was responded to and resolved immediately. The beds are very comfortable and all of the furniture is in great shape. The kitchen is very well……
