“We just came home yesterday! The host Annie was very responsive and kind. Pics of the home accurate. Would have liked TV's in all bedrooms. Home was clean but needed detail cleaning under beds, in bathrooms, baseboards etc. We cooked very few meals due to limited kitchen supplies. The location was great! Close to ONT, shopping and highways. Walking distance to stores and food. Garage parking was great! We would stay at this home again! ”

“Stay was wonderful, there was a hiccup with one of the appliances but it was quickly coordinated and resolved the next day. Very family friendly, quiet neighbors, stone throw away from Big Bear village and not to mention the lake access was so convenient. Communication with the property manager was quick and easy. That communication with the company is a very big deal for me. Knowing that I can reach the manager and have issues resolved right away is a big indicator of how this company works.……

“Overall very happy with the location. It isnt a ski in/ski out but its a very short walk to snow summit. Its perfect for families with small kids since you can walk from the slopes back to the unit fairly quickly. We will be staying in the same area when we go back to big bear. ”

“The place was awesome very clean great neighborhood really convenient having an attached garage. The only thing I would recommend to the host would be to add towels and washcloths for the kitchen. Other than that everything was awesome and I would highly recommend this for Business travelers.”

“This condo was gorgeous! It's perfect for a couple and just as great if you have kids! Everything was clean, there is a big tv in the living room and one in each bedroom. The fireplace ads a romantic touch and the balcony is great to barbeque or just chill on. The view on the balcony is of the pool and Jacuzzi which are both clean and a nice treat. Boulder bay is walking distance for fishing or a picnic. The location is perfect! I called the host, (Mario), the day we arrived. Very nice……

“Bigger and more well-appointed than expected! A few small hiccups were addressed quickly by management (listing initially said that one of the bedroom had 2 twins, which turned out to be a queen). Convenient to slopes at Bear Mountain, but too far to walk to the lifts for our 5 year-old, especially with gear. The area behind the unit was perfect for playing in the snow. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return!”

“We very much enjoyed our stay at the Fontana house. The house was great. Very spacious and comfortable. There were 6 adults and we had plenty of room to comfortably enjoy the house.The kitchen is large with a big island and large dining table truly embracing the heart of the house. It was a great area to gather for meals. Right off the kitchen is a beautiful backyard with a nice pool, grill, basketball hoop. and sitting area another great place we often gathered and enjoyed during our two week……
